Terms of service.
After the Artist and customer discuss the goal for the commission, both parties will sign an art agreement. The customer then will provide a non-refundable 50% down payment. The Artist will then start on the process of producing the commissioned piece. Once the piece is finished and the customer approves the final result, the remaining payment will be made. The Artist will then mail the the commissioned piece to the customer.
Failure to make payments or communicated with the Artist will cause the commission to be terminated.
The Artist does not allow their artwork to be reproduced in any way. The Artist retains full ownership of images of their work.
